Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.225M in Genesee, Seattle, WA.
Bob was a huge help to us as out-of-town buyers, not only in terms of the real estate market, but also all the other stuff newbies need to know about schools, restaurants, commuting considerations etc. My husband and I dashed into town with our three kids, with limited time to find a house, and Bob was incredibly accommodating of our tight schedule, working late into the night and early in the morning to get paperwork done before we had to leave town. He was patient with our kids, and even kept them entertained at a coffee shop for a little while while we met with school administrators!
