Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in District Heights, MD.
In 2009 I purchase a single family home for $170.000 with the help of one of the smartest,brillant,knowlegdable females in the world.It all begin on a cold winter day I walk into the Remax office with an appointment with Kiesett Collier trying to get some assisted to try and buy a home.I had never done this before and no idea want to expect because I never had a home this would be my first home.We sit down at the table and she asked me some question about myself and what I was looking for in my home and at the same time all this was going on in my mind I am saying this lady knows her job.After that interview we went out and looked at some house and from that day on she was not only my realtor but she became my friend,my fighter,my support and my shoulder. Becuase once I found the house I wanted it was some struggles for me but Kiesett said don't worry Michelle i got this she submitted letters after letters,phone calls and she email me with every detail of everything that was going on.At the end she helped me and my family get our fream house.And after the closing we still kept in touch and remain freind KIESETT COLLIER THERE IS ONLY ONE AND YOU ARE THE BOMB,AND THE BEST!!!!!…More Less

When working with Kiesett Collier you are truly working with the best. My wife and I went to her as first time homebuyers who knew nothing about the homebuying process, and by time we left her office the very first time meeting her I felt as if I could be a real estate agent. Kiesett does not only sale you a home, she also educates you on the process and how it works, and untill the end she was still teaching us different things about the process and what to look for and how to present yourself to sellers as the people who contract they should accept. When we came to her as clients we had been previously looking for a home for two years with a family realtor, and we come from a very family oriented background so for us to leave family to work with someone who was a complete stranger at the time meant alot. We felt comfortable with her and the advice she gave us during the process and never felt the need to question her judgement and felt that if she recomended anything to us that it was the best choice for us. Kiesett is truly the best in the buisness any questions we had she answered with no problem, she was always ready for us when we met with her to see homes and she stayed within our budget and showed us homes that were what we wanted, and not what she thought she could get a quick sale out of. When viewing homes her eye was so keen that the slightest risk or flag that could mean obvious or underlined problems she spotted right off hand, and explained what it was and what it could possibly result in. She always had our best interest in hand, she was a realest about everything, and didnt just let us settle into something because we liked the over all appeal of it. I will always keep intouch with her throughout the years and when I enter into my next real estate endevor Kiesett will be the person I work with. I and my wife feel like we got the best house we could possibly get for a great price, I truly feel if there was a superbowl of real estate Kiesset Collier would be the MVP every year. If you want the best RE/MAX Specialists Kiesette Collier is the way to go unless you want less than the best in your corner.…More Less
