Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $300K in Newcastle, OK.
We would highly recommend Cheri to any first time or other home buyers as your agent. She is very knowledgeable of the metro market, very professional, full of energy and has the expertise that home buyers are seeking. She is very responsive and will keep you updated throughout this process daily. Her negotiation skills are superb and takes the time to make you feel very comfortable during what can be a very exhausting experience. Cheri made the difference with us and will stick with you from sun up to sun down if necessary. We found our home late one evening nearly dark, after a long day of looking. I can't say enough about Cheri and her efforts to please. Cheri is a winner all the way in our book!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Moore, OK.
Cheri did a wonderful job helping me and my wife buy our first home. She's very easy to work with and responds very quickly by phone and especially by text message. Cheri understands the Central Oklahoma market very well b/c she's been in it both as a builder and as an agent. We enjoyed working with Cheri so much that she is currently helping us buy a lot of land and even recommended a builder.
