Gary is very easy to work with. He will go the extra mile to assure all that you have all the information about a property and nothing is hidden so you can make your best offer. He is personalbe and will always make you feel you are his only client and always top priority. You never feel rushed when viewing a home and he never makes you feel pressured like he's trying to over sell you and home. He is genuine about wanting to help you find your perfect home and not just making a commission.
A perfect home is hard to find in today's roller coaster market and Gary is both knowledgeable and proactive. He is the only agent my wife andI trust and will continue to use as we search for our dream home.

Gary is very helpful for my house hunting in the Laguna Woods area. He set up a search for me and sent me the list of houses time-by-time if any house might be of my interest is come up for sale. He prepared two possible home buyer’s proposals for me very professionally and thoughtfully. Although the deals didn’t went through because my part of effort, he is still doing his best to help me to find my dream house. From these two buy efforts, he also showed his masterful process expertise and strong knowledge of home buying. He always responds my requests of showing houses immediately and fully prepared for all houses to be shown. I feel that I’m so lucky to find him as my agent and very confident that he will find my dream house soon.
