Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Godfrey, IL.
Jill was our agent for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. She was great to deal with through all aspects of both transactions and even went the extra mile to help with a few circumstantial issues that we encountered after closing. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Absolutely top notch.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Godfrey, IL.
I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Jill Schulz. She far exceeded all my expectations and made the whole process seem effortless. She was both professional and personable. I would recommend Jill to anyone without hesitation and be completely comfortable in knowing the would have the same experience that I did.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Alton, IL.
Jill listed my house for me and within two weeks had an open house and an offer. Exemplary work.
She also worked long and late hours to help me find my new home. She researched houses within my price range and criteria. She assembled packets with detailed information regarding the homes, and worked within my crazy schedule to show me the sites.
She is thorough, organized, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Her professionalism exceeds expectations.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Godfrey, IL.
Jill could not have done a better job for us when we sold our home. She recommended several aggressive marketing strategies, one of which included a detailed virtual tour of our home. She even advertised our home on national websites (like this one), and lo and behold -- a buyer in Mississippi found our house and bought it after only 16 days on the market!
The sale of our home had a few complicated twists, and Jill handled all of these complexities with ease. One of her strong suits as a Realtor is that if she doesn't know something, she will consult an expert ASAP. We felt supremely comfortable throwing anything her way, and she cheerfully handled all of our requests in the most professional manner possible.
If you are looking for a hard-working, honest, dependable, loyal, and knowledgeable real estate professional, then Jill is the only person you should consider when buying or selling a home. Her driving ambition is to accomplish one simple task better than anyone else: to bring buyers and sellers together as quickly as possible for the smoothest transaction possible. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Alton, IL.
Jill did a wonderful job of helping me sell one home then buy another home. She returned phone calls promptly. She made each transaction run as smoothly as possible. Basicly, all I had to do was sign the papers. Way to go Jill! I know you will have many more productive years in this industry.

Bought a home in 2011.
I would like to send in a review on Jill Schulz because we have been very pleased with the service and attention to detail she has provided us in our home search(s). My husband and I had known Jill for many years so we knew that she would be reliable and honest with us.
When we needed a realtor in another state to help us purchase a home there, she was able to access her network and find us a very good realtor in Wisconsin. Jill has a friend who had lived in the area we were interested in buying who she had known for many years. Her friend had been working with a realtor there herself and could highly recommend her. We were not disappointed. Jill followed up on our experience with the other realtor and made sure we were happy. This realtor showed us about 75 homes and condos before we finally decided on our home!
Now we are looking for a vacation home in Alabama, and Jill has done all the legwork to help screen realtors there for us before we go look at property or list our other home there. It is a big help to have someone so hard-working and responsive. Thanks again, Jill!

Jill Schulz is an outstanding Real Estate Professional . She took a very energetic and professional approach to advertising and showing our house. Within 90 days of listing our house with Jill the house was sold and we had closed on the sale. In today's housing market that is fantastic. In addtion to being a great Real Estate Professional, she is a very nice person to work with and goes to additional steps to assist the seller with tending to small details that are very important. Overall we would highly recommend Jill Schulz to anyone as their Real Estate Professional.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Alton, IL.
Jill was awesome. She went above and beyond our expectations as our agent. Both my wife and I felt like she cared and wanted not only to make the sale, but to get us in our house. She was always in communication with us and the bank. She made herself available whenever we needed her. At closing she surprised us with a nice gift basket with presents for our daughters. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
