I called Courtney to inquire about hiring her as my agent after reading many favorable reviews of her service on zillow. She was immediately very abrupt on the phone, as if I was bothering her. I asked her a few questions about Palm Beach Co real estate (I am an out of state buyer). She seemed annoyed. After a few minutes, she said "Is this enough? Do you want to move forward or can I move on to someone else?".
She clearly knows at least a minimal amount about local real estate (she didn't spend enough time with me to know more than that). But I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism. Perhaps I caught her on a bad day, but inexcusable.

I remember this very clearly. The call came in just after 9am, about 20 mins before a scheduled listing appt. I had one foot out the door, but turned back to take the call.
