Kathy was an excellent realtor who certainly went above & beyond for us. While still living elsewhere, I had constant email contact with Kathy while in the early stage of househunting. She sent many suggestions & previewed some that I was interested in, all before even meeting us. Once we got to WA, we looked at probably 40 houses.
