Showed home in 2011 in Bellevue, WA.
Kristine did an excellent job helping me identify the right location for our family. She was very knowledgeable not only on the local areas, but the local school and offered sound advice while looking for homes. Kristine often went the extra mile; she previewed homes, she did research on the community and she even made my daughter feel special when we were out looking at homes. Not only would I recommend Kristine, I would say she represents what I think everyone wishes for in an agent when they are looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Garfield, Seattle, WA.
Kristine Losh was awesome throughout the sale of our home! She was very well prepared regarding the area, had good resources to help us with all of our needs to prepare the house to be sold, she helped us make informed decisions along the way and provided a comforting approach that was great to work with.

Bought a home in 2013.
My wife and I worked with the Kristine / Casey team (primarily Casey) to purchase our first home in Lake Forest Park. Casey was extremely responsive and flexible, and very generous with his time. He has a deep knowledge of Seattle and the market and provided great insight into the pros and cons of different homes, including insight about market value, trends, resale value, neighborhoods, etc.

We went on frequent tours over the course of 4 months, and put in a total of 4 offers. 2 of those negotiations resulted in a winning bid - one on our new home, and one on a home that later fell through due to a failed inspection. The Losh team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and brought in quick last minute support from the Ewing and Clark office when we wanted to put in an offer after hours. Casey met us onsite for all major events after the initial signing, including the home inspection, sewer inspection, and even volunteered to meet us onsite to allow us to take measurements for new furniture.

Overall, the Losh team made buying our first home a wonderful experience, and we are moving in to our new home on Saturday. We wouldn't have been able to accomplish it without them, and we would highly recommend Casey, Kristine, or anyone from the Ewing and Clark office for real estate services.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Riverside, Everett, WA.
Kristine and her husband Casey recently sold my home, Kristine enthusiastically staged my home for it to be professionally photographed with her service, she arranged my furniture and slimmed down my belongings to best represent how each room could be utilized. Together she and Casey presented me with their expressly prepared market research and my home sold for the asking price in just under six weeks. I found her experience and judgment reliable and spot on. Casey kept me up to date and always found time to coach me on every detail utill closing. I look forward to my next home purchase with this duo and their team of professionals to place me in the best living situation available, they even found me a temporary apartment while we shop the market, in a great neighborhood.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Leschi, Seattle, WA.
Kristine provided excellent communication and advice while helping my husband and I buy our first home! When, after closing, the sellers and their agent flaked on actually removing junk they had promised to deal with, Kristine even had it hauled away for us!

I hope it will be many years before we are in the market for another home, but when that time comes, I hope Kristine will still be in the real estate business.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.8M in Broadmoor, Seattle, WA.
Kristine helped us navigate a very tight timeline when purchasing our single-family home in 2011 and got us the deal we wanted in Madison Park. Kristine is very professional and has an extensive network of real estate professionals in her Service Area. This network allowed her to give us detailed insight into the properties we were looking at which other agents couldn't provide such as motivations for selling and opportunities to extract value outside just the purchase price (furniture, repairs, expedited closing, expedited appraisals, etc). She did a tremendous job representing our interests on this purchase!

Sold a home in 2010.
Kristine helped us list and sell our home quickly, for a good price, under very challenging market conditions. In addition to her process expertise and responsiveness, Kristine was fantastic about helping manage my wife's and my expectations as to price and timing. Between frequent open houses, individual showings, emails, and phone calls, she made us feel like her only clients, which is really hard to do when you have such a successful practice.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.175M in Madrona, Seattle, WA.
Kristine did an excellent job as my agent in purchasing my Madrona home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhood, providing good input on the relative value between different properties and local streets, which was very helpful in the negotiation process. In addition to her work closing the home, she did an excellent job showing my a variety of properties over time to help narrow down exactly what I wanted. While I'm originally from Seattle I currently live abroad and so I needed a reliable local resource for handling my home purchase, and Kristine exceeded my expectations, providing everything I needed even when I physically couldn't be in Seattle. Post the house sale she even found renters that were able to move in within a weeks of closing. Overall I'd highly recommend Kristine and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $450K in Genesee, Seattle, WA.
We were new transplants to Seattle when we first met with Kristine, and at the beginning we weren't really sure what we were looking for. She was always very open to our suggestions, and made great recommendations for neighborhoods to look at. She patiently worked with us to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. The house we decided to buy was a short sale, which turned out to be a complicated and emotional experience. Through it all we were glad Kristine was in our corner. She was always a strong advocate for us and worked above and beyond to close the deal. Kristine is a careful listener, a skillful negotiator and she really knows the city. We would absolutely recommend her!
