Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Methuen, MA.
Russ is a very down to earth guy who relates well to working class people! He is very helpful and will always make as much time as needed for every client he has! I have worked with russ now for a few years and were very close to closing a few properties but for one reason or another, nothing to do with russ, the deal fell through. Even after spending probably 100 hours working with me and not making anything he still helped me close a deal on one of the best finds I have ever got from an auction which generated very lil for him! I thank you very much for all your hard work and help with everything I have needed and look forward to many more deals in the future with you russ!

There are buyers who buy the first house they see, and others who look at many, many houses before they strike a deal. It is a reward in itself when a buyer like you comes back for that 2nd house (or more). Thanks, J!

Sold a home in 2011.
I highly recommend Rus. Rus sold my condominium in Billerica, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was always available to show my condo to prospective buyers and he always provided prompt feedback about the showings. He also guided me through the complicated steps involved in the closing. He is reliable, professional, and very knowledgeable about real estate. He made the home selling process smooth and stress free. I am grateful that I chose Rus to sell my condo and I enthusiastically recommend him.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in North Andover, MA.
Rus worked hard to find a house for us; he was very responsive and showed us every house we wanted to see, in many different towns, and at all different times of day. In the end, Rus found a house that was a perfect fit fir us, even though it was in a town we hadn't considered. We love it!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Lowell, MA.
I had the pleasure of working with Russell when my parents were looking to purchase a home in the Lowell area. Rus took us to view several homes until we found the right one for my parents. While the process to find the perfect home for my parents was a long one, I couldn't have imagined a more pleasant person to have worked with! If you want to find your perfect home, I suggest talking to Rus. He went above and beyond what I had expected of a real estate agent. When the time comes for me to purchase my home, Rus will be the first person I call!
