Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Linden, NJ.
We had a less than easy situation and David kept us cool through the whole process. The previous homeowners didn't get permits for any of their work done and didn't move very quickly to obtain these and to close. He took initiative to move the seller's agent along. David was a true professional who worked tirelessly until he found the home that we were looking for. He was always available to speak to us regardless of the hour or the question. Most importantly Dave listened. After each house that we toured he would listen to the items that we liked and disliked and hen used that valuable information to finding us a home. Not only did he guide us through this, he also let us tap in to his contracting referral network and saved us A TON on these upgrades. He also helped us develop a unique plan to save on closing costs, reduce our taxes, and avoid paying PMI for a lengthy period (we had less than 20% down payment).
