Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Rose Garden, San Jose, CA.
Martin is extremely professional, friendly, experienced and easy to work with. He went great lengths to search for the right house for me, explain every step/detail of the process very clearly and provide extensive research/advice from start to post purchase. As a first time buyer, I especially appreciate how he was very responsive and proactive in addressing my questions/concerns and helping me bid for the right houses at competitor prices. Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $625K in Mountain View, CA.
My husband and I are remote investors who are working oversea for quite a bit of time. We were looking for an investment property in Bay area and thru internet search I locked down 2 top agents whereas Martin was one of them. The reason we finally chose him was primarily the combinition of his strong background from hi-tech company executives and successful real estate career after that.
We took a 2 weeks vacation with kids back in this past Oct for house hunting and hoped to complete the purchase by the time we leave. Martin did a lot of preparation and research, so on the first day that we arrived, we took a look at 7 houses/townhouses/condos. We chose to pass some as they didn't fit into our criterion very well. In 3 days, we were able to offer one of the houses. Although the offer was not taken, we were impressed on the efficiency and productivity that Martin provided throughout the process. The 2nd offer we gave was finally accepted right after we departed. And the house is closed and on the market for rent now.
From my personal experiences, Martin is one of the best in the area. He understood very well what we are looking for, and he is very patient to explain the pros & cons on each offer that we were about to make and not in anyway to push us to rush the decision. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone. Weather you are in nearby or thousands miles away, he is the person that you can trust!…More Less
