Helped me rent a home.
Unprofessional.I have noticed in other online reviews of them that whenever anyone gives a negative review of their service or professionalism, they always respond back in a combative or snarky way, So Im just waiting to see what response my review of them with yield. When I rented a property from them it was shown and rented dirty. I had to clean prior to being able to even move in.When I was looking to move out and my new potential landlord wanted to verify previous tenancy, they told the new landlord that "they cant and dont give info to potential new landlords requesting info".Funny, because in order for me to have rented from them that was the same info that my prior landlord had to provide them in order for me to rent the property that they handled. Dont waste your time with the hassle.Try ANY other property management group and Im sure it would be less of a hassle than dealing with them. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, no matter how nice the property is..Just not worth the trouble.

What a complete joke! We inquired about a property they had, we found this through Zillow. In my attempts to email, which was the only way to get any communication through them, I finally received response back. The response back was a request of our financial portfolio and to be pre-approved prior to even looking at house, that we didnt even know that we liked. What kind of rinky dink operation is this. That's like going to a a sit down restaurant and being asked to pay for the items on the check prior to receiving the food. Disrespectful and Rude!

I'm sorry you couldn't find our ph #, email and web address listed right on the front of the ad but it's there and no one else seems to have a problem finding it.
We're in busines to lease homes and YES, we need to deal with qualified and serious candidates. We need to be as efficient as possible to lease homes for our clients. Most people love the fact that when they see the home, the paperwork is done and we can close the deal on the spot!
That's what it's all about and we've leased 4000 homes like this and I promise you...that's no joke!!!
