Virginia mortgage rates go up to 4.63%

Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Virginia mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 3 basis points from 4.60% to 4.63% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.56% (DC) to the highest rate of 6.50% (MT). Currently, Virginia mortgage rates are 2 basis points lower than the national average of 4.65%.

The Virginia mortgage rate on November 20, 2009, is down 2 basis points from last week's average Virginia rate of 4.65%.
