My thoughts are no, it won't be extended.  The money must come from somewhere, and the budget is too far stretched now to give away our tax dollars further.  

Last time it was extended before it expired.

This is what as known as a crystal ball question.  Most analysts are in agreement that it will not be extended, however just like the weather the government can be hard to predict.

No. It's set to expire after tomorrow and there's been no real push to extend the credit.  The last extension wasn't made official until the last minute, but there was a lot of steam building up for extending the credit as it was about to expire.  That hasn't happened this time and an extension doesn't appear likely.
