My Job has moved to Downtown Dallas and my 45 minute commute to Richardson is now a 1.5 hour commute. We do not want to move - we have spent so much on renovating the house including leveling the pier and beam foundation - but we have to move. We are offering a $10,000 cash back option at closing.
