You simply want to be left alone to scam as many folks as you can. Been booted 5 seperate times....you only get booted if you can't deliver on those low ball quotes or the 100% FHA loans that don;t exist!
If having to pay for contacts results in you being aloud to roam free in ZMM.....then it will simply turn into lending tree...Take II!
I wonder if this is What David G wants to see happen as a result of the new ZMM changes?

2. No more explaining myself to Ice.
3. No more bogus ratings from the competition.
4. If I want to purchase a 400 credit score lead I can do so.
5. If I want to quote a 100 LTV FHA I can do so.
6. If I want to low ball and make less, I can do so.
7. If I want to spend $5 or $5k, during the month, I can do so.
8. If I want to offer a hard money product, I can do so.
9. If my competition wants to kill me, he can only click me.

Thank you so much Zillow for making the ZMM a pay service. Now we have a real democratic system where the best man wins based on efficiencies and not innuendo.
