You can take care of this in two minutes, claim your home on Zillow by opening the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and then claim your home.
Next, edit it so it says it is waterfront. Save the changes.
(if it is on the market, the agent will have to make the changes as it won't be possible to claim the home)

My house a t 10 Koral drive is documented by the town as WATERFRONT. How come it is NOT listed as WATERFRONT on your site?

The water front is calculated in the Zestimate using the tax assessor's opinion of property value.

Yeay, but you do not list it as WATERFRONT. How Come?

Zillow has no real way to value waterfront other than a higher assessment or a higher sales price. Your best bet is adding photos and a Zestimate comment so it shows up on your home page.
