I own a home that I purchased 3300Sft custom house in 2009 for 179K cash thinking we would move there in a few years, now that I am work in Afghanistan at the Embassy I have no time to spend on the house. My wife and I would want to just fix up the home and sell it. Its gone up in value to about 250-270K thus far.
