1031 Exchange for Real Estate Investors

Many investors who are new to the game aren't aware of the 1031 tax-deferred exchange program, and how it can be used to grow their real estate portfolio and grow their own personal wealth.

This program offers an excellent approach to deferring the capital gains tax burden when selling property.

I recently wrote a blog post that explains the program in greater detail.  You can read about it on my blog (hotlink deleted by Zillow moderator) or you can contact me for more information.
