The current "Zestimate" $242.5k price pertains to only the main house lot -does not include 2nd lot with 2-car garage and apartment which is shown at an add'l $178k on the area map.  i.e.: This is a dual lot sale worth much more than its listing price of $379k.  The "Zestimate" $242,500 is not only completely misguiding but extremely and unjustly counterproductive toward any sales efforts.
NOTE: We have attempted to place an add'l estimate of $389k yesterday and it was not saved and displayed today.  Please drop the $242,500 Zestimate or update it accordingly to include both lots under this single property sale.
