125 housing markets expand in Nov.

Builders track six-month upswings in housing permits, employment and prices. Fla. has 12 areas on list; one dropped off.
Florida markets on the November IMI include:
Cape Coral: 14.5% price increase since trough
Deltona: 9.7%    
Miami: 8.9%
Naples: 6.8%
Ocala: 17.1%
Palm Bay: 10.2%
Pensacola: 4.1%
Punta Gorda: 9.0%
Sebastian: 21.6%
Tampa: 7.6%

Hi Wetdawgs, The board of Realtor's send out a Daily Briefing and some of their topics are very interesting.  The topics that I think could interest others I cut and past it in to a blog.
