Eisenlaur Team,
I'm not blaming your company, I'm blaming Zillow. It is not your company's falut that when somebody goes to 106 12th Ave NW they get linked to information on 106 12th Ave SW. But it does show that somebody from your company changed the information on 106 12th Ave NW to match what 106 SW house and lot size is, which in turn decreased Zillow's estimated value of our home.
Yes I've had somebody stop and ask about our house being for sale. I have no problem telling them it's not for sale and sending them to the correct house. What I do have a problem with is the fact that people do indeed use Zillow's information to help decide what to offer on a house. As long as our house isn't for sale it's not a problem. But if we get transferred soon - which is a great possibility - and put our house up for sale the information on here will show that the house has been on the market for over 100 days, and show that the house and lot are smaller than they really are. I'm hoping that a potential buyer's real estate agent could tell them to ignore any information on Zillow.com and give them the correct information, but you just never know these days and perception is everything, especially the way today's housing market is.
Again, I am not blaming your company. I am just wanting the information to be corrected or taken off this website completely. And I will continue posting about the error until it is corrected.

The information that Zillow has is pulled from our Multiple Listing Service. Since it is correct on the MLS, I don't know how they've made this errorr. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to correct it. If you're getting unwanted calls or lookers from Zillow's errorr, please let us know. Eisenlauer Team, Re/Max Real Estate Group.

Oh and the June 30, 2009 is just my way to keep track of when I posted the information about this being still shown for sale when it is NOT for sale!
The realtor for 106 12th Ave SW went into 106 12th Ave NW and changed information on square footage and lot size, which decreased the value of our home on this site.
