Realty Track is a terrible website. A lot of times they will advertise some house that is for sale and then when you sign up, you find out that the house you wanted to see wasnt really on the market. If you are serious about buying, I would get a good buyers agent.

Yes this property went under contract in September.  With bank owned properties, some sellers are offering the propery for sale for a price quite a bit lower than the value of the property.  With this strategy, the seller hopes to encourage a bidding atmosphere.  I had a buyer that put in an offer $60,000 higher than the list price, there were 12 offers on the place.  My buyer was able to get the property at the price they wanted to spend.  Also be aware that with cheaper properties the seller wants a cash deal, so they are not held up by appraisals, etc.  It can be quite challenging to try to buy in this environment - done right you can get great deals, but it can be a lot of work. 
PS I agree with the previous post - why are you surfing on line on sites that may not be updated as often as needed for properties?  You can have your buyer's agent set up a search for you directly from the MLS for current listings.

I hate to brake it for you but this property is already under contract. Actually, for over 50 days now. One more reason to contact a Realtor and not rely on bits of info provided by Realty Track!
