14 x 12 second floor addition with deck

Just trying to get a ballpark idea of what this might cost. A first floor addition of the same size was done several years ago. Now we would like to add a second story right above it. Also looking to have a small deck off of it.

The "it depends" items are so extensive that even if someone knew where you lived, it wouldn't be possible to start.   Was the first floor addition made with the structural integrity to add a second floor, or would it need reenforcing?   Is the deck a tiny deck, or a massive deck - first floor or second?  What finishes?   Do you need stairs, or already have stairs.   Pull in two or three contractors to visit your home and ask for some estimates.

ONE MILLIONE DOLLARS  BWAHAHAHAAA
 Just kidding.
Talk with/ interview a couple of builders in your area. Price per square foot does vary area to area and finish to finish. On the Cape our square footage cost is around $175-$200.
When you find a competent builder at a good price be sure to get everything he will be doing and the costs in writing just in case there should be issues or problems down the road.
 Good luck
