This listing states there are 2 garages when there is only 1 carport. It states there is a spa when there is only a pool. It states 915 sq ft when it's only 868. What gives!?!?!

Oh by the way, what ur ad says: flowing Coyote Creek to go along with the four pools, two spas. Not only do u claim it has a spa, you claim it has 2! Again, please reply with the exact location of these spa's. I'd love to check them out!

Also please tell me where in this complex there is a spa. There are about 5 buildings in this complex and I didnot see a spa anywhere. I'll tell ya what realtoradam, if you tell me exactly where it is, I'll check it out as this complex is only 1 mile from where I currently live, and if there is a spa, I will retract that part of my complaint on this blog

I guess the tax assessors office was wrong cuz they list it @ 868 sq ft!
And only 1 car port comes with it, I spoke with 3 people that live and own there unless all 3 lied to me!

There are 2 parking spaces which come with the unit. There is a spa in another part of the complex. The mention of a spa is a mistake and will be corrected. The Sq.Ft. is accurate @ 915 - when the conversion took place there was some mistakes made with regards to unit numbers and specifications.
