I can tell you right now the house is worth well over 80,000. The assessed value is $78,000 and that is generally 20,000-40,000 under valued. I have talked to some realtors....It seems that it may be worth $110-115K. It is currently rented and I am here in Florida...I thought I would try to see if renters were interested...only to find out that they think it is only worth $80K. The place is going to need a roof sometime in the future...and also a gas furnace vs. electric baseboard and fireplace insert.

So that is where I am with this and they are good renters to where I do not have to worry about the place. I guess if someone made me an offer to take it off my hands without all the red tape...I may consider. I was not going to push it right now...or at least another month or so.
