16% devaluation in one day, why?

My house at 806 Jefferson street,Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 was valued at 120K on June 12, 2011. On June 13, it was valued at 101K. A 16% drop in valuation. What took place to cause this. The House at 525 Jefferson Street, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 is 1000 feet from my house on the same street was valued at 98K but sold 4/14/2011 (less tha 3 months ago) for 124,500. This Home (525) has 3 bedrooms, mine (806) has 4. They have no carport, mine does. It has wood siding and mine has uodated vinyl siding. Deck and hot tub.
