We own a 1927 Sears Somers Catalog Home in Garden City, MIchiigan. This home is part of Garden City history since it was built in1927 by the Stellers which is the same year Garden City was established. It sits in the Steller sub as well. Does this make our home more valueble to sell since at this time Garden City homes are selling for below thier current value.
