Lot rent in that park is $380. It's 3 miles from Fernley between Reno and Fernley.... about 25 minutes from Reno. I actually have 3 home available there.
In space #20, it's a 14x70 - 1989 Champion, totally refurbished...new carpet paint, appliances etc, nice yard, deck, washer dryer, shed. Possible owner carry. Listing Price: 35,000, the park owns this one and they say "just make an offer".
