Hi docmac -
Our maps come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers and each are continually trying to update (you can imagine what a difficult task this is for the entire U.S.)! Thus, our maps may be up to 2 or 3 years old or even more in some places. We are working towards more regular updates – please bear with us.
This problem only impacts the map itself, and not the home facts and Zestimate values on the website which is associated with the correct home or you may refer to this link for more info: http://www.zillowblog.com/zillow_blog/2006/12/of_points_and_p.html.
Thanks for your patience while we’re working to perfect this mapping process.

The neighborhood now shows up as of this month. How long will it take the home information that now show in fields and on incorrect streets around the subdivision (since the neighborhood was missing for so long) to show up in the subdivision where they are supposed to be?

If you zoom in on Pasadena, you can see satellite photos of the 2006 Rose Bowl game!
