I wouldn't be worried about what a website says the value of your home is. The bottom line is your home is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. If you want to get a true value or estimate of your home, contact a local professional who will be able to give you a better idea of what your home may be worth in today's market.

No - my square footage is higher (double by most comps) and we have 2.19 acres comp to their less than 1/2 acre...I claimed my home and it decreased from 397000 to 324000 in 30 days that is unfair if did not claim my home and add the new features we would really have tanked - we had an appraisal done two months ago and it came in at 395.000.00...The insurance agent came in and were told we had to insure it to be rebuilt it would take 512.000.00...

Landscaping and upgrades are not part of the Zestimate calculations.
Is your decrease making your Zestimate lower than the other houses in the neighborhood or bringing it closer to the Zestimates of the other houses?

Zillow readily admits that its Zestimates are only estimates based upon public records. You can add your upgrades to your home info. First you need to claim the homes as yours. Then lookfor the pencil icon at the bottom right of your home window. Click the pencil & you will reach the edit section. Once you are done, scroll down to the obttom of the edit section & click on the blue "Continue" button to save your changes.
