If you haven't been able to find the condo sales that you are looking for from online sources, you probably need to contact a local realtor in your area for sales stats off the MLS. They can narrow your list to exactly what you want and will generally do it for free if you are thinking about buying or selling. If you need it for a tax appeal or something like that, most will provide it for a small fee to cover their time. It is valuable information so if you need it it's definitely worth paying for in my opinon.
