Interesting how times have changed to putting models in the parade of homes to putting in Pre-Sold's to market with instead of worrying about the market and carrying costs.  Maybe that is yet another reason why these builders still exist in this market!  I am please to have closed homes with a number of them including Boise Hunter Homes and Coleman Homes in 2010.
