At the bottom of this page is a link called "Zestimate® Values & Accuracy." Zillow doesn't claim that its estimates are accurate. I always advise clients not to rely on such "Zestimates." An experienced real estate agent can provide a more accurate market analysis.

There appear to be a lot of glitches on this property with Zillow.  Sold for $11,000,000 in 1991.   If this is your property you can claim it and flag it for errors.  You can also try to email one of the Zillow employees that contribute to this forum directly and bring this to their attention.  Good luck.
