You show my house listed at 275 alta ave. There is no 275 Alta ave. My house is at 151 Alta ave. Please delete your listing of 275. My lot was a street to street lot. Alta ave was both of those streets (Alta ave is a circular street- my lot had frontages on both sides of Alta. The house is located at 151 Alta. There is no more 275 alta even though country records may show that. This is due to a lot line adjustment I have just completed. What was 275 Alta ave is now attached to the parcel of 270 West Cintura (my former neighbor). There is a cottage down at that part of the lot - hence the lot line adjustment.
