Your lease is still in effect for the term of the lease regardless if the property is sold. You can probably resist letting him show it but that is not a fair or good idea. You should cooperate with the landlord upon reasonable notice and times to show the property. Make sure the LL understands you plan to stay and he conveys that to any buyer. If LL wants to terminate lease early you should propose reasonable compensation like 2 months free rent.
