I dont thinks so, Jumbo is still in the high 6%.... the low rates you are hearing about are not for Jumbo...

Rates are so low right now on Jumbo that you could probably have the loan priced to cover the costs and still lower your rate.

Yeah, that's true, equity is an option to roll the closing costs into the loan. Sorry I left that one out.
