this property just sold for $370,000. It is a tear down, not a livable space, not even suitable for RENTERS, what is up with your "value", it's completely out of sink with the market.

I've been in the house recently and my opinion still stands and is probably why the house has not sold, I know the summer renter so I am very familiar with the horrendous condition. It's your job to sell the house so you will say whatever it takes. Still on the market says it all.

As I told you before the house is not a tear down. And Jersey Shore Realtor comments are right on target with the house. By the way, the summer rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day was $18,000. I guess the renters agreed that it was a nice house. And the list price of the house has been reduced to $515,900 because we are going into the fall season.

I disagree that the house is in very poor condition. The previous owners did lots of work to my knowledge, and the new owners in my opinion, got a great price - possibly under market value and I wish them the best with their effort to turn a profit on it. Being an expert in the rental market as well, this house is in a nice and central location, "fits the mold" of what most renters look for with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a pool and will always do well in the rental market for BOTH the Landlord and Tenant, be it weekly or full summer season...

No, it is not a tear down. The reason there are no inside pictures is because there are summer renters in the house and I am respecting their privacy and not taking any pictures at this time. The house is in very good condition and fully furnished.
