As the correct one with public facts appears to be showing a photo of huge dirt pile in the aerial photo, you may wish to claim your home and add a photo that is a bit more house like! The aerial photos come from a third party provider and may take several years to update.

The other one is a duplicate. These are usually created as historical remnants of a home being listed. I have sent it for deletion which would reflect within a week or so.
