It looks like someone (owner or agent) has updated the home facts on the property. This updating added additional information that may be contributing to the apparent sudden jump in the Zestimate.

Zillow has recalculated their "zestimates" and honestly, they never have been considered accurate nor up to date. What do you mean by "trust"? Zillow is a FOR PROFIT COMPANY, and they have a Guestimate for nearly every single property in USA, how accurate do you think that could be?
FYI, no one in the real estate industry uses Zillow's Guestimate, oops I mean "Zestimate" for anything, not for setting value. We know their numbers are about as accurate as a drunk mule picking your properties value.
