Coinmach is used at the Oak Creek apartments in Palo Alto. The washers
haven't worked for three years. My neighbors have complained for years
without anything being done to fix the problem. On the Coinmach web
site it states, "Coinmach's machines boast the highest water savings
in the industry." Yes, they save money but the clothes smell the same
way coming out of the dryer as they do before going into the washer. I
started looking into what others had to say about this company. I
found thousands of complaints for poor performance from the west coast
to the east coast. Coinmach is a 800 pound gorilla but there has been
a lot of lawsuits against them. Our management company and Gerson
Bakar who owns Oak Creek apartments won't do anything to help their
tenants. Coinmach is a terrible company.

Rany Management is in 2 lawsuits as defendants one with Coin-Mach for $28k 2011-M1-126576 and Dream Group Inc for $30k 2011-L-006371. They run 4180 N Marine Dr a.k.a "Polo Tower" where the building is 51% owned and like 49% rented and owned by members of Rany Management. Careful when looking at this building!

This was one of the many disaster conversions during the 'bubble' years. The developer did close to nothing to the common areas of the building or the units yet people would still buy them because.........people were buying just about anything for any price back then. Many of the units were in the same condition as they were back when the building was built.

Now all of them are either short sales or foreclosures and will be for many years to come.
