4444 Carlson Pl, Riverside, CA 92503. I sent a request for more info on this address. I got an email back from someone at brentlockwood97@yahoo.com saying that they are out of the country and that the key is with them so we could not see the house, and they could not send the key till they got a deposit from us. All in all this looks like a scam.

sounds like a scam for sure!   Here's Zillow's FAQ on scams.

However, I don't see it posted for rent on Zillow.
