just to clarify what i wrote above...when i say "downstairs", i meant main level or 1st floor, and "upstairs' is 2nd floor. i apologize...i should have wrote that better.

There is one bedroom downstairs in the northeast corner of the house (11 x 12), and the 1/2 bath is also downstairs...right next to the bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms (11 x 13 is the master bedroom with a walk in closet; the other bedroom is 13 x 13) and the full bath are upstairs. There is also a smaller room (5 x7) upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have large closets. There is a basement - half is finished and the other half is utility room and where the furnace is located. I am having an open house this Sunday, Dec 2nd, from 2:00-4:00pm if you want to come take a look. Thanks for your question.

I walk past this house on evening walks with my dog and it is a lovely house and the neighborhood is great. Good luck with the home sale and ignore the rude question (it wasn't even a question anyway!)

You are entitled to your opinion, Mike. But I think it is a fair price and, if it was in Brookfield, would be priced significantly higher! Are you familiar with what comparable houses are going for in my neighborhood? Two homes with less square footage and fewer updates sold for upper $180,000s in the past 6 months. My house has an updated kitchen and newer (2004) windows, internal and external doors, wall and attic insulation...the electric bills are cheap and I have the bills to prove it. I welcome you to have a look...I am having an open house this Sunday, October 7th, from 1:00pm-4:00pm...perhaps a look at the inside (and I encourage you to look at comps in the neighborhood, as well as crime in the area because, for people that have to live in the city, like city employees, this is a low crime area) will change your opinion. The house next to mine (to the north) sold January 2007 for $154,000. That house has less square footage (500 s.f. less), one bathroom, and is assessed at $129,300...I don't think my house compares to that house. But, like I said, you are entitled to your opinion.
