551 Bentley Ct Zestimate

Why is 551 less than 539 Bentley?  551 has more sq ft, more baths & beds, and 2 fireplaces etc  
Tax differences are not definitive of the houses. 539 may not yet be reflecting homestead exemption.  Please look at specs and readjust. Thanks very much.
