You will need to contact forsalebyowner.com to ask them to stop the feed to Zillow.   In some sites like that the destination sites can be configured by the user.     The control of where they send the feeds is in their hands; if Zillow removes your listing today it will repopulate within a day when the forsalebyowner.com feed refreshes with Zillow hence the criticality of having them stop sending the feed.

The lot size on Zillow  now shows the same square footage as the ad on forsalebyowner.com.    Yes, you are right.  It takes time for the Zestimate  to catch up, more details are in "What is a Zestimate?"

The original lot size shown on Zillow of 1980 square feet is shown on several websites, including Trulia, realtor.com and others.  Therefore, you may wish to check and correct the public records.

If your home is not listed for sale with a feed from another site, you can claim  your home on Zillow and edit the square footage of the lot.  It takes time for the Zestimate  to catch up, more details are in "What is a Zestimate?"
