I'd be glad to write it up for you.
The Zestimate, is just an estimate.
http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/What-is-a-Zestimate/
It is just a ballpark idea, and if it is a special property or a land property, then it might be totally inaccurate.
It is very rare for an agent to not allow a client to do something... Unless it is detrimental to your position. Or if it is an offer that once written will ruin the Agent's own reputation.
It is hard, but if you did your homework and it is an Agent that passed your screening. Then to maintain a harmonious client-agent relationship, you will have to trust their explaination.

7120 Sierra View Place Loomis CA 95650 RE Agent says Bank will not accept Zestimate offer 533k ???
The Real Estate Agent that I got from Zillow.com said she will not allow me to make an offer to the Bank as low as your Zestimate on 7120 Sierra View Place Loomis CA 95650 Why? Are you too low or is the Bank too high? Why?
