The listing indicates the home has 8 bedrooms. Is that correct as 8 bedrooms seems to be a lot for a 3600 sq. ft. home. Or are they tiny?

In 2000, the kitchen was doubled in size, with all new appliances. The first floor bathrooms were replaced. The original master bedroom is on the first floor, and now has a bidet toilet. Most of the first floor has porcelain tile flooring.

Most of the sliding closet doors are now mirrored. All rooms have ceiling fans.

I need to correct this - the master tub surround and countertops are polished granite, not marble. The flooring in both second floor bathrooms is travertine, as are the shower, tub surrounds and wainscoting.

The Master Bedroom on the second floor is large enough for a king sized bedroom set, with a retreat and large galley type bath. The original master bedroom is large enough for a queen sized bedroom suite, and has its own bath.

The hobby room on the second floor is large and could hold a king sized bedroom set but has a small closet. The remaining bedrooms are comfortable for extra long twin sized beds.

In addition, a tankless gas water heater supplies the second floor. There is a whole house water filter as well.
