per the listing website, Notice the "per month" another fraudulent listing on here. 

 Follow the link, Find out the realtor is putting up fraudulent ads on zillow. It happens far to often. ALWAYS look at the listing website link on those ads. Then always get ticked off and send them an email explaining you will BUY, not rent at the listed price. See what happens.
