Perfectly understandable. If you sell this home, and buy another with me when this sells...I can adjust my commission even more. Can I give you a call this week sometime and come by with my team and preview your home?
Thanks and let me know.

I think we are going to start with the MLS4owners
route. 5.5% doesn't save us much money.

Yes my commission is variable. Out of the 6% commission, 3% goes to the listing broker (my broker) and 3% goes to the broker of the agent that finds the buyer the home. Of the 3% that goes to my broker, I have to split that 3% with him (70/30) so cutting my commission does make a difference quickly. We could do a 5.5% listing with 3% going to the selling broker and 2.5% going to my broker. I do a lot of advertising and costs do add up quickly. If you are interested, feel free to give me a call or email me at Nathen@ExitofSpokane.com and I will contact you. I will be around all weekend. Look forward hearing from you.
