9303 Holden Lane, Bratenahl, OH 44108

This price appears to be WAY out of whack for TWO separate addresses 9303-05 Holen Lane.  Two separate UNITS and give garages on one ACRE of land in the Village of Bratenahl.  These is something wrong with this estimate.  I usually find Zillow in the ballpark ... this is WAY OUT of the ballpark.  Please advise.  gayeramstrom@sbcglobal.net

You can't trust Zillow's values on homes in high end area's.  Especially an area like that ,where 2 blocks away you have homes for 30k... call me when you have a chance and will give you some better info and realistic value.

I looked the property up and it is a half of a townhouse duplex.  It is not activly for sale on the market today and the buyer could assume the conversion to a single family home.  A Zestimate is a computer generated number and is not valid when actually figuring out the true value by the county and or appraiser. Good Luck

Hi Gaye,

Best bet is to talk to a local Realtor or real estate agent.  Or pay for an appraisal.

Hope this helps.
